Rune Reading for March

Marching through March!

I have pulled Runes for this month being March and what came forward was First the Rune of Signals (Ansuz), Second Rune of Breakthrough (Dagaz), Third the Rune of Gateway (Thurisaz) and Fourth the Rune of Partnership (Gebo).

March is a month of invitation. It invites us to prepare for Spring! It is a time for new beginnings and regrowth. It is a time to rejuvenate. What new beginnings do we wish to bring about? Where do we want to put new energy into in order to grow or expand?

The first Rune is about Signals. This Rune also relates to Loki. Loki is known as the trickster. This Rune is saying be aware of signals that are around you. For example, chance meetings or odd encounters what are these moments trying to tell you? Do you hear the same song playing all the time or do have a song that you cannot get out of your head? What message is being passed on? This is a Rune about the unexpected. The unexpected can bring out positive and negative things however through any situation wisdom is always being gained. New life is emerging and Divine is behind all things. Be aware and take the time to understand the messages and signals being brought forward.

The second Rune is Breakthrough! Time to spread our wings and take flight. Be aware of the signals because they could be telling you it is time to take the step. Break out of the cocoon! Transformation is at hand and it is up to us to embrace it. Connect within and with Creator to feel assured that this is the time. Breakthrough brings with it also possible endings because to have something new enter a change must occur such as an ending. Trust in thyself and in the Universe.

The third Rune is Gateway. This Rune is about contemplation. The previous Rune is about Breakthrough and spreading our wings and this Rune which is next to Breakthrough is saying to contemplate and take your time by connecting with Divine. Do not rush through but do so with thought. It is saying imagine yourself at the gate and ready to walk through and know that you are not walking through alone but with Divine by your side so trust thyself, ask and connect. Ask for guidance. Through any major transformation connect with Divine and Divine beings for guidance, understanding and wisdom.

The final Rune is about Partnership. Note that Partnership is not always about partnership with others. This is partnership with the self or Higher Self. The flow of the Runes makes sense that Partnership to the self is at hand. During a major transformation it is important to go within and be gentle with the Self. How are we approaching ourselves? Are you being kind to yourself or are you being harsh with yourself? How can you prepare for this transformation that is about to unfold?

The Runes message for March is about being prepared, aware and ready for the transformation that is about to unfold. A breakthrough is coming! Transformation is at hand! Understand that you are not alone in this transformation. You are being shown signals and Divine is guiding. When you approach the gate do so slowly and with contemplation. Do not rush your decisions and be aware to not hesitate too long for we must walk through the gate eventually and when we will we will deepen our connection to the Self and the Divine. Be kind to yourself and do not fear transformation. It is a time for renewal, regeneration and rebirth!
