The Law of Rhythm
of Rhythm. This law is about challenges. It is also about cycles. As we cycle through change most times there presents a challenge that we have to work through or confront.
Challenges are just that, a challenge and they should not be looked upon as negative. A challenge could be something that is circling back that we have not completely dealt with. Challenges make us aware not only of things that may need to be addressed, but also of how we do not fully appreciate those simple and positive moments in our life. When everything is going well we just keep moving along. When a challenge arises, we are suddenly aware of how uncomfortable we are and we feel blocked.
Spend some time this month reflecting back on your life (introspection) and think about times that you were challenged. How did you get through the challenges and what did you gain after you managed to get through those challenging times? At times, the best gain in life is after having experienced a challenge. What strengths got you through that challenge? Was it also family or friends that supported you during that time? Have you expressed courage or creative thinking to get through challenges?
Take a moment to think of what you would like to manifest and what possible challenges could arise or as you think of what you are manifesting are you noticing that you are actually blocking the potential to manifest by saying to yourself such things as “Are you kidding yourself?” “You really think you can achieve what you want?” “This is a useless exercise?” If any limiting thoughts creep into your mind while you are manifesting or envisioning to manifest then you are actually manifesting a block and are not allowing it to rhythm through change or its necessary cycle.
Focus on manifesting one or two things at a time so that you can work on not blocking yourself with limiting beliefs. Sometimes manifesting too many desires at once can create a block because your energy is being spread thin. What is the one thing you are seeking to manifest and work on? Journal it and use visioning exercises to manifest it. Take note of your thoughts and what are the words you are using to manifest. If a negative thought arises it is okay. Let it rise and let it go. Be aware there is the Law of Rhythm and with it comes a cycle and you have the ability to rise against the challenge and get through it. Check your limiting thoughts and words.
Embrace September and its spiritual meaning of letting go, introspection and transition. What transition are you moving through? What are you letting go? As you spend time in introspection are you aware of negative thoughts that arise? Through all these moments remember that there is the Law of Rhythm.
