Creating a New Change

embracingchange_rhospiritualguideWith the arrival of every new year there is a fear of change. Fear can stop us from moving forward and it can also create incredible doubt in ourselves.

I must say I am looking forward to 2020 and all the possibilities available in this year! I aim to allow creativity to flow and see each new event as an opportunity for great change and growth.

Mantras can effect change. There are many mantras available on the internet to help guide. One can also create your own personal mantra. Create a different mantra every month or use a different mantra you have found on the internet every month. This is a great way to embrace change step by step.

When we feel safe and grounded it is easier to accept change. Meditation can help with this. Just doing a breath meditation is enough. It is a simple method that helps one go back to the inner self or core. Try a daily 2 or 3-minute breathing meditation when you feel a sense of anxiety arising. Even simply saying the words to yourself “breath-in” and “breath-out” when you are breathing is very helpful with centering.

Also know that you are not alone. We have our friends and family, but also our spiritual guides, spiritual animal guides and angels always about protecting, guiding and helping. We are not alone even though at times we feel we are. Spirit or Greater Power or Higher Energy or whatever you wish to call your connection only wishes to help and guide.
